Spring Hiring Now Open – Join the Oasis Team
Oasis Landscaping is currently hiring for the upcoming season across all three divisions of our company. We are looking for people who take pride in their work and want to be part of a team where expectations are clear, leadership listens, and everyone is committed to delivering quality results.
Whether you enjoy building landscapes, maintaining beautiful properties, or working with irrigation systems, we have opportunities available for motivated individuals who want to work alongside like-minded people who care about the job being done right.
As part of our hiring process, applicants are asked to complete a short pre-interview application form (approximately 10–15 minutes). This helps us better understand your experience, work style, and what you’re looking for in your next role.
After reviewing submissions, selected candidates will be invited to interview with our leadership team.
Interview dates:
• March 26 (evening)
Candidates who move forward after interviews may be invited to participate in a paid trial day on Saturday, April 4 (weather dependent) so both sides can see if the fit feels right.
The anticipated start date for the season is May 4, although depending on weather and project schedules we may begin slightly earlier.
