Can we tailor the proposal to meet our exact needs?
Yes, yes you can! Just let us know the requirements you have, and it is as simple as having a discussion to tailor the proposal to meet those needs.
What’s included in weekly maintenance?
Weekly visits include a property wide litter pick, mowing and line trimming of the agreed turf areas. Weeding and tidying of the agreed garden beds. Inspection of the garbage room/areas to ensure all garbage is in the bins, and the area is tidied in and around the space. Weekly site visits by the manager to ensure quality and training needs for the crew, and identify any additional enhancement work recommendations.
Do you handle seasonal irrigation?
Yes, we conduct irrigation start ups, mid season checks and fall blow outs. We can also come in and make repairs, adjustments and suggestions on improving your irrigation system.
How do you manage snow and ice events?
In addition to tracking the forecasts, and pre planning snow events. We also do a internal snow report with the crews in the mornings, and plan based on the conditions. We have the standard 2 inch snow trigger for side walks, and 5” snow trigger for road ways. We will always make a professional decision on whether to apply ice melt, salt and pickle, based on the safety for your community.
How is communication handled?
We need a little input from you on this one, as every board and property management company likes a different level of customer service – but we are happy to come to board meetings from time to time and to site walks altogether, or send you monthly updates and communication. Just let us know what you need.
