Our maintenance crew, led by Operations Manager Joe, is a friendly, reliable, and hardworking team dedicated to keeping your property looking its best year-round. SUMMER
- Spring & Fall Clean‑Up: leaf & debris removal, bed prep and initial/final season cut
- Weekly Lawn & Bed Care: Mowing, trimming, weeding
- Weekly garbage room/enclosure tidy: inspecting areas for cleanliness, sweep and blow of areas, as well as site wide litter pick
- Fertilization & Turf Health: Fertilizer application and weed control
- Irrigation Management: System winterize/start‑up, seasonal checks
- Enhancement Services: Aeration, power raking, mulching, bedding updates, seasonal plantings, pruning & plant health
WINTER
- Weekly Ice Checks: Site wide assessment for safety hazards
- Sidewalk Snow Management: 2” snow trigger, removal of snow from sidewalks, driveways, entranceways and all key areas, applying ice melt as needed to maintain a safe foot traffic area
- Roadway & Parking Lot Management: 5” snow trigger, clearing of road ways and parking stalls and piling of snow in designated areas. Application of pickle or salt to ensure safe roadways for vehicle traffic.
- Enhancement Services
- Emergency response – additional plows and salting
- Snow hauling, ice/snow management suggestions.
